1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Yovitai ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yovitai. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Description of Service

Yovitai is a personal wellness and health-tracking app that allows you to: • Digitise and organise your health reports • Track weight and wellness metrics over time • Receive AI-powered wellness insights and educational context • Follow a personal longevity score and biological-age estimate • Chat with an AI wellness assistant • Set and track personal wellness goals IMPORTANT WELLNESS DISCLAIMER: Yovitai is a wellness and informational tool. It is NOT a medical device and is NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Everything in the app is for general wellness, educational and informational purposes only, and is not a substitute for professional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation: • You must provide accurate and complete information • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account • You are responsible for maintaining account security • You must not share your account credentials Account Responsibilities: • You are responsible for all activities under your account • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload ("User Content"), including: • Lab reports and medical documents • Health data and measurements • Profile information By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to: • Store and process your data to provide services • Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services • Generate AI-powered insights from your health data You represent that you have the right to upload all User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Subscription and Payments

Free Tier: • Basic features available at no cost • Limited AI insights and recommendations Premium Subscription: • Monthly or annual billing options • Access to all features and unlimited AI insights • Prices displayed in the App Payment Terms: • Payments processed through Apple App Store or Google Play • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled • Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges • No refunds for partial subscription periods Subscription management is handled through your device's app store settings.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to: • Use the App for any illegal purpose • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent health data • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App • Use the App to provide medical advice to others • Share your account with others • Use automated systems to access the App • Interfere with the App's operation or security • Impersonate any person or entity • Upload malicious content or malware • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. AI and Wellness Insights

AI-Generated Content: Our AI features use machine learning to read your health data and provide general wellness insights and educational context. You acknowledge that: • AI insights are for wellness and information only — NOT medical advice • AI may make errors or provide incomplete information • You should verify important information with healthcare professionals • AI suggestions are general and may not suit your specific situation Limitations: • AI cannot access your complete medical history • AI does not know about drug interactions unless you provide that information • AI insights are based solely on the data you provide

8. Intellectual Property

Our Property: The App, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Yovitai and protected by intellectual property laws. Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Restrictions: • You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App • You may not use our trademarks without permission • You may not create derivative works based on the App

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that: • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free • Health insights will be accurate or complete • The App will meet your specific requirements • Any errors will be corrected MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: YOVITAI IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. NEVER DISREGARD PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE OR DELAY SEEKING IT BECAUSE OF INFORMATION FROM THIS APP.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months • We are not liable for any health outcomes related to using the App These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yovitai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • Your use of the App • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Any content you upload to the App

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App: • For violation of these Terms • For fraudulent or illegal activity • At our discretion with reasonable notice Upon termination: • Your right to use the App ceases immediately • You may request export of your data before termination • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Dispute Resolution: • We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes informally • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration • Class action waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually For EU users: You retain any mandatory consumer rights under EU law and may bring claims in your local courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through: • In-app notifications • Email to your registered address • Updated "Last modified" date Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the App.

15. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Yovitai. Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights to any affiliate or successor. Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
